Eligibility criteria for Gaura Devi Kanya Dhan Yojana
Check the eligibility criteria of Nanda Gaura Yojana in this section which are important to fulfill by parents as well as girl child:-
- Only citizens of India who are a permanent resident of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply in Nanda Gaura Yojna. However you the parents belongs to the state, but their child give birth any other state of India then can also apply for the program.
- The program will provide financial assistance to the birth of a girl child only.
- Maximum two girl children in the family will get benefits of the program.
- It is important to enroll in the program within 6 month of the birth of the girl child in the family.
- It is important to take birth in a hospital or Nursing Home in Uttarakhand state or any other state in India to be eligible for getting the benefit of the first phase, but if the child took birth in home then, parents will not able to get financial assistance in this case.
- The annual family income of the parents should be less than 72000.

- Only unmarried girls will get benefits of the program.

- Income certificate of the parents.
