H-1B Visa Rule Implemented

Since companies in USA continuously recruiting candidates from International labour markets including India, so the demand to modernize H 1B visa have been approved by the agency and now USCIS Is ready to accept new application forms of H-1B visa program to provide streamlined visa Approvals to the international workers.
Important dates of new H-1B Visa updates
However the agency has already informed to the public about the new rules in H-1B visa applications in December 2024, but the role will be implemented from Friday, 17 January 2025.
So Candidates who are submitting the application form of 04/01/24 edition of Form I-129 will only able to submit it before 17 January 2025. After that it will not be accepted by the authority and applicants have to download the new application form from the website after that can submit it accordingly.
New H 1B Visa form
H 1B visa is provided to the international workers in USA but it is only applied by the employer who have recruited the candidate for their company. After that they need to submit the Form I-129 on the behalf of the candidate where they need to sign all the contracts and services provided to the employee.
Currently, employees are only able to download the 04/01/24 edition of Form I-129 on the official website, but after 17th January 2025, the new edition of the application form will be uploaded on the dashboard and candidates can submit the new form accordingly. It will include all the important changes and criteria’s.

The updated H 1B visa program is providing more flexibility to the employer to recruit candidates and reducing the time period to get approval of the application form to hire candidates as soon as possible.

Now candidates who have F 1 VISA will also able to apply in US companies after completing the studies and employers will apply for the Form I-129 for H 1B visa accordingly.
