The video is informing to the citizens in USA that Government of USA is supporting to introduce $1000 emergency relief to the citizens in the country in upcoming days.
The video is inviting citizens to fill the application form within 9 days where they are not required to provide personal details, income details, family details and other information and after completing the nine days, application procedure will stop. From all age groups are eligible to apply for the program where they are required to appear in a short survey and after completing the survey they will get $1000 emergency relief card within 24 hours at their address.

However the news is 100% fake but it is linked with a unauthorized link, which is asking personal information of the applicants. So if you are also receiving such a news or video with Unreal link then you should avoid to spread it and do not provide your personal information to these fake websites.
