IT firms are manipulating the H-1B Visa
H-1B visa is designed to invite top talented overseas workers for special occupations including IT professionals, Scientists, Financial analysts, Management consultants, Lawyers, Nurses, Physicians, Surgeons, and Dentists. But Bloomberg News presented a report where they exposed US IT companies’ hiring process.
IT companies are inviting candidates in bulk under H-1B visa. So they are increasing the extra burden on USCIS. Apart from this, other occupations which does not required a flood of employees but want few top talented candidates, are not able to get H-1B visa approvals for their candidates due to huge applications by IT companies. This activity is considered fraudulent in the USA which can only be refined with a new reform in H-1B visa. Companies should be limited to invite a specific number of candidates for a specific special occupation.
Minimum Wages are shutting top talents
American activities are demanding reform of the H-1B visa as it is offering low wages to the overseas workers where companies are hiring international workers as they are happy with low wages. So it is directly reducing opportunities of US citizens to work in a good company.
However this claim is partially true, but is not directly affecting US job market. But it is shutting out top talented employees.
Now a day companies are free to negotiate with employees to get minimum wages, so highly skilled people are not agreeing with low wages and average talented workers are easily available to work in USA.

The government of USA has started the H-1B visa program in 1990 to hire top skilled people in USA. the visa is designed according to the need of employer where employers have to apply for the visa for their employees accordingly. Workers are able to work in USA for maximum 6 years in this visa. So it is becoming the first choice of employees.
