Important Dates and Activities

The final rule will take effect on January 17, 2025. To facilitate this implementation, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will introduce a new edition of Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker. All petitions filed on or after January 17 must use this updated form, as no grace period will be allowed for prior editions. A preview of the new form will be published on the official USCIS website in the coming weeks.
