But now government has extended deadline to submit the application from 15 November to 15 December 2024 for most of the scholarship programs including Scholarship For Top Class Education For Students With Disabilities, Post Matric Scholarship For Students With Disabilities, Central Sector Scheme Of Scholarships For College And University Students, National Fellowship And Scholarship For Higher Education Of St Students etc. So if you have not applied for the scholarship yet then it is your last chance to submit the application on the portal.

Important dates of NSP scholarship 2024-25

Applications were started from July 2024 for most of the scholarship programs. Now candidates have the opportunity to submit their application before 15 December 2024. After that applicants will not able to register themselves on the portal to avail benefit of this NSP scholarship for this session. After that educational institutions and authority will verify all the applications till 31st December 2024 and update on the portal.

Once these authorities update the information of the application on the portal, DNO/SNO/MNO Verification Will start and they will complete their verifications before 31 December 2024. However the fund for this scholarship will be released according to different Ministries and departments which are managing the scholarship payment where direct payment will be released in the bank account of the applicants in the upcoming month of 2025.

• Candidates are required to visit on the official website of national scholarship portal where they can visit by following this link https://scholarships.gov.in 

• After that you will reach on the new page where you have to click on the link of student section and after that click on the NSP Portal login link

• If you are using the website for first time then you have to create your one time NSP registration after that will able to access the application page
• Now you will see all the available scholarship programs on the screen and search the specific NSP scholarship according to your Eligibility.
• Provide your all the important information in this NSP Scholarship application form including education details, parents information, contact details and upload all the documents.
