OPSC Associate Professor Document Verification 2025: Please be advised that, in accordance with the following program, the Commission’s office located at 19 Dr. P. K. Parija Road, Cuttack – 753001, will host the document verification of candidates with the PPSAN listed below for the position of Associate Professor in Electronics and Telecom Engineering, as per Advertisement No. 32 of 2023-24, from April 7, 2025, to April 15, 2025 (with the exception of April 12, 2025, 13.04, and 14.042025).

At the time of verification, the candidates must present the following paperwork (original and one set of photocopies):
1. The printed versions of online application forms with their PPSAN listed in the upper right corner.
2. Four current, unsigned and unattested passport-size photos that were uploaded with the online application form.
3. Completed and attested “Attestation Form” and “Bio-data Form” (downloaded from the Commission’s website).
4. An H.S.C. or comparable document from the relevant Board or Council attesting to the age declaration.
5. A certificate of Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech.) from an accredited university in the appropriate field.
6. The accredited university in the relevant field issues the M.E., M.Tech., M.S., or Integrated M. Tech. certificate.
7. Certificate of Ph.D.
8. Mark lists provided by the relevant Board, Council, University, or Institution for each of the aforementioned exams (from H.S.C. to Ph.D.).
9. Studies.
10. Publications on Research.
11. Experience Certificate attesting to at least 8 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience (level 10, entry pay 57770).
12. Experience Certificate attesting to a minimum of two years of experience following a Ph.D.
13. Where appropriate, paste the certificate.
14. In the case of government employees, a certificate of no objection from the appropriate authorities.
15. Any identity verification.

It is recommended that candidates arrive to the Commission’s office 30 minutes prior to the start of the verification process on the day and time specified above.
Note: It is further stated that these candidates’ applications for the position are only temporary. If an inadequacy or deficit is discovered at any point during or after the selection process, the candidate may be rejected; this is contingent upon meeting the requirements mentioned in the advertisement. Participation in the document verification process alone does not grant selection rights.

Essential Qualification:
- A Ph.D. in the relevant discipline and a first-class or equivalent bachelor’s or master’s degree in the relevant field is prerequisites.
- A minimum of six research articles published in SCI journals or those authorized by UGC or AICTE.
- A Ph.D. having a solid academic record in the pertinent, linked, or concerned subjects.
- An equal grade on a point scale, wherever the grading system is used, or a master’s degree with at least 55% of the possible points.
Essential Work Experience:
- 8 years or more of teaching, research, or industry experience (level 10, entrance pay 57770), with at least 2 of those years being post-Ph.D.
- 8 years of education and/or research experience in positions corresponding to at least seven publications of experts surveyed or listed by the UGC, university, or accredited research facilities/industry assistant professors, and a total research score of seventy-five (75) according to Appendix II, Table-2.
- According to Appendix II, Table 2 of the UGC Regulations, the applicant must have a minimum overall research score of 75 (seventy-five) by the application deadline.
