MTS Employee the getting their monthly basic pay from 18000 to 56900. It is the basic salary which is provided to all the employees in every City or district in country. SSC MTS Havaldar salary
Departments also recruits havaldars under the MTS where they also get the same salary package according to the 7th pay commission of Level 1 grade pay. The basic pay is decided according to the post where candidate is applying.
however the minimum salary is starting with 18000 per month but it will go up to 56900 per month accordingly. Apart from this, they also get monthly pension from the government according to their investment in NPS during the employment.
SSC Havaldar DA
Dearness allowance is the important factor for Government employees which increase the in hand salary of the employees. Currently government is providing 53% DA to the Employees. The SSC MTS salary structure is based on the 7th Pay Commission. The basic pay for an MTS is Rs. 18,000 per month. In addition, they receive various allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA). The HRA varies based on the city of posting:
- X Class Cities: 24% of Basic Pay
- Y Class Cities: 16% of Basic Pay
- Z Class Cities: 8% of Basic Pay
The in-hand salary, after deductions, can range from around Rs. 16,915 to Rs. 20,245 per month, depending on the city of posting. MTS employees are also eligible for benefits like pension, gratuity, and medical facilities.
In hand salary of SSC MTS employees
Apart from this employees are also getting other allowances and benefits from the government from time to time. But after getting such increments in the salary, they still get approximately Rs. 16,915 to Rs. 20,245 per month.
Because they have to invest in National pension scheme on a monthly basis which is provided to them after retirement.
