H1-B Visa Row: International workers in USA are worrying about Reforming the H1-B visa for the international workers in the country. According to the survey most of the H1 B visa holders belongs to India and placed in special occupation companies for different fields. So the Government of India has started to collect feedbacks from IT companies and other stakeholders to make strategies to ensure that the program do not affect legal H1 B workers in the country.

The Government of India has not officially respond on the Controversy in USA for H1-B Visa holders particularly for those visa holders who belongs to India. However officials are continuously in talk with IT firms and companies to check the ground report of the employees in USA. As per the report,

officials have said “We shouldn’t have a situation where there is an unpleasant issue which is created for our Indian workers who are (working) there legally. That is something that the government is constantly concerned about,”

As per the reports, the government is closely monitoring the H1 B visa issue and ensuring to not negatively impact on the workers in the USA.

She highlighted that Overseas workers are occupying job opportunities of the Americans through this visa program.
